General Terms
1.
For Continental U.S.A. Customers
a.
For Quick Service, call our TOLL FREE Number (1-800-251-0200), FAX
(1-773-777-2345) or visit our web site, www.worlddistxxx.com
& place your Order and charge with your Credit Card with expiration date.
Simply give us our Catalog Item Number and Quantity you want. Specify
Color, Size or Style, if necessary. Your
shipping address should be exactly the same as on your credit card billing
statement.

Simply write down your order and mail with full payment.
Payment should be in the form of a Postal Money Order or Bank Cashiers
Check or write your Credit Card Number with expiration date.
Since we are connected with a check guarantee service system, Personal or
Company checks with preprinted Name, Street Address and contact Telephone Number
are also welcome. In case of not receiving prior approval from our check
guarantee service, your check is liable to be held in our office for 3 weeks
before we ship the order, checks with P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
Since checks may
delay shipment, you may consider sending a Money Order, Cashiers Check or Credit
Card with validity. C.O.D. orders
will be accepted with a minimum 25% deposit.

INTERNATIONAL
For
Canada, France, Mexico or International Customers, a minimum order of $100.00
required. All transactions must be
in U.S. dollars. You may wire money
transfers directly to our bank account. For
wire transfers, call or fax us for full information.
To ship, we use U.P.S., U.S. Postal Service, Airlines or Truck lines,
whichever is most economical and convenient.
Please specify your preference. We ship to Canada via U.P.S., by ground or regular U.S. Parcel
Post and Air Parcel Post.

3.
FREIGHT CHARGES, CREDIT & REFUND.
For
Freight Charges see charts. All Freight charges
must be added into spaces provided on the Order Form.
We reserve the right to change, without notice, our published rates.

4.
PRICES
All
our Prices are F.O.B. Warehouse in Chicago and are subject to change without
notice. We reserve
the right to invoice at prices in effect at the time of shipment.
Invoice will reflect any increase or decrease from prices shown.

5.
SHIPPING
We
normally ship via U.P.S. on the same day or the very next business day unless there is a
problem in the order itself. After
we ship, allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery via U.P.S. Time of delivery will vary
depending upon the carrier and distance. We
are not responsible or obligated to make delivery on any specific time or date.
After we ship, we assume no liability for damage, delay in delivery or
inability to fill the order. Once
the order is placed and if you wish to make changes, such as adding or canceling,
we allow 30 minutes.
After
that, it will be considered a new order subject to the terms stated.
We do not ship any orders to Post Office Boxes via U.P.S. If you desire
Parcel Post shipment, we must have full payment in advance
with shipping charges.

6.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please
inspect carefully any shipment you receive from us by U.P.S. OR any common
carriers. In the event of visible
exterior or interior damage, this should be noted on the freight bill or
driver's report. If the carrier is
U.P.S., the damage must be reported to your local U.P.S. office.
All claims must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of
receipt of your order. On a shortage/concealed damage shipment, be sure to keep all
original packing materials.

7.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
a.
No return of merchandise will be accepted without our Return Authorization (RA)
Number from our customer service department.
Call 773-777-2345 or write us within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery to obtain
one. Merchandise
must be received within 30 days of invoicing and be in unused condition and in
the original packing with all warranties, instructions and all applicable
paperwork. We cannot accept return merchandise after 30 days. We cannot accept
Returns for any 10K or 14K Gold or Sterling Silver orders after shipment.
b.
ALL RETURN FREIGHT should be prepaid by customer.
Under this condition, we will repair or replace such merchandise free of
charge.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We
use current products for catalog photography though Model, Style & Design
may be changed by the manufacturer during the year by updating the product.
We reserve the right to substitute merchandise with updated items of equal/greater value
& quality. Items sold in
Catalog without any color/size/style choices are available assorted only.

Our
promotional catalogs are available without our name & address and wholesale
prices for $2.00 each.

GENERAL TERMS
a.
No merchandise sold on Memo, Guaranteed Sale or Consignment.
b.
We do not drop-ship on credit card.
c.
All Brand Name products carry Manufacturer's warranty as stated on or
inside package. Send defective
items directly to the Manufacturer's Service Division nearest to you.
d.
All warranties and representations are those of the Manufacturer only.
Merchandise returned as defective items will be repaired or replaced only
after Manufacturer's acceptance of the same.
World Distributors, Inc. makes no warranties.
e.
We do not keep any BACK ORDERS unless specified.
f.
We regret any typographical errors in this Catalog, and we are not responsible
for them.
g.
There is no sales tax for customers outside the State of Illinois.
